THE CHALLENGE

Make a high-cost decision feel familiar, transparent and safe.

Customers needed to compare complex solar offers with confidence. Installers needed one portal to manage applications, leads, offer creation, components, inquiries and sales—without losing important information on smaller screens.

01

Trust through familiarity

Familiar comparison patterns, certification badges, transparent prices and clear data-protection messaging reduce uncertainty.

02

Two audiences, one ecosystem

Customers compare installer offers, while partners manage registration, leads, offers, settings and shared workflows.

03

Responsive data density

Content stacks on smaller devices, while dense tables preserve essential context through deliberate horizontal scrolling.

RESPONSIVE PARTNER PORTAL

One leads workflow, adapted across devices.

Desktop and tablet retain the full structure; mobile prioritizes essential columns without hiding the remaining data.

DESIGN SYSTEM

A customized foundation built for the product—not a template pasted onto it.

Untitled UI accelerated setup. I customized its components and tokens, then added the product-specific patterns, responsive behaviors and states needed across light and dark modes.

OUTCOME

Designed from zero and launched as a working two-sided platform.

The work spanned research, brand identity, customer and installer workflows, responsive UX/UI, prototypes and developer-ready specifications. The product launched and onboarded its first installers.
